Senior Manager, HR (Workplace Project) (24-month Contract)

Job Highlights:

Kerry Properties is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented professional to shape the future of our workplace experience. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to play the overall project management role in the renovation of our headquarters, the development of group-wide office design standards and guidelines, and the cultivation of a positive, engaging office environment across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end workplace project in Hong Kong – from initiation through to completion – ensuring alignment with business needs, corporate culture, and space utilization objectives.
  • Collaborate with the internal architect, interior designers, project management team, and other related key stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with external interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality work that meets project specifications.
  • Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts with service providers, ensuring strong vendor relationships and efficient service execution.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure compliance with approved financial limits.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality assurance and safety protocols to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Corporate Facilities or related field experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Cantonese
  • Strong project planning, negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Successful track record of delivering workplace renovation.
