Manager-Finance

What You’ll Do

Mainly responsible for consolidation of China division's financial statements, daily operation of headquarter entities, participation in treasury & tax analysis, and also assist supervisor in dealing with group tasks.

  • Prepare consolidation of China division's financial statements/reports and review projects' financial reports and adjustments according to group accounting policy;
  • Responsible for daily operation and financial management of headquarter entities;
  • Participate in treasury & tax analysis, provide insights to the financial decision making process through analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting and forecasting) and reporting;
  • Analyze data and relevant facts, consolidate and convey insight to support decision makers and other stakeholders;
  • Organize the formulation of various financial systems, processes, business processing standards, and strictly implement the application of various systems, effective internal control;
  • Communicate with Hong Kong Headquarter and China projects internally and with relevant government departments, banks, tax bureau externally;
  • Communicate with others in a wide range of positions internal and external to the organization to understand and gather qualitative and quantitative information on factors affecting the financial performance of the organization;
  • Actively participate in the establishment, implementation and standardization of various group systems (financial and non-financial);
  • Assist supervisor in arranging group SOP & manuals implementation and subsequent updates;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Who You'll Work With

Internal collaboration with financial staff in each projects, supervisor, headquarter and other departments;

External communication with relevant government departments, tax bureau, banks.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance and Accounting;
  • Certificate of CPA is preferred;
  • More than 8 years experience in financial accounting area (At least 4 years in audit and 2-3 years in commercial ) ;
  • Experience in consolidated financial statements is preferred;
  • Familiar with common financial software/systems [Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)- Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting ] and computer office software operation;
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
  • Strong learning ability & team spirit;
  • Good at time management;
  • Good language expression and communication skills;
  • Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is preferred.
