負責範圍:住宅
工作地點:港九新界(視乎求職者居住地點)
主要職責:
- 定期協助舉辦會所活動
- 巡查會所範圍內各類設施,記錄清潔、保安及維修等事項,並安排跟進
- 於泳池開放時間(如有),檢查救生員當值情況
- 處理客戶查詢、預約及投訴
- 張貼更新通告及每日報紙等工作
- 分發住戶證及家務助理証
- 維持客戶溝通,如遇未能解決事宜,需轉達上司跟進,並加以紀錄
- 在交接更時,需清楚地轉告工作情況或特別事項予接更同事
- 協助上司處理會所各類事務
- 其他指派工作
- 需輪班工作
入職要求:
學歷及專業資格:
- 中五程度或以上
資歷:
- 具備一年或以上相關會所工作經驗優先考慮
- 若具備三年或以上相關工作經驗可考慮聘請為高級會所助理
- 熟識會所運作為佳
- 熟識電腦操作
- 能操流利廣東話及英語、略懂普通話
- 具備良好中英文書寫能力

以客為專、責任感強、有耐性、工作主動及細心、擁有良好溝通技巧、能建立良好的人際關係
