行政助理

Responsibilities

  • To provide quality services to our residents and guests
  • To be responsible for daily operation of the property, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling etc.
  • To supervise the overall performance of contractors to ensure their services properly provided
  • To direct and supervise building staff
  • To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor 

 

Requirements

  •  Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building; Candidates with less experience will also be considered for Officer title
  • Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
