Job Highlights:
Kerry Properties is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented talent in developing and shaping the future of workplace of the Company. This newly created role will have the opportunity to lead projects in delivering workplace strategy and solution aiming to improve employee experience, to improve the workplace (in leading office renovation of our headquarters) and office environment of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Workplace Management
- Develop long and medium term strategic building occupancy plans based on business unit requirements
- Develop Workplace Strategy and work with business units to disseminate strategic business requirements, such as design requirements reflecting our corporate culture and values, space utilisation information
- Provide information to stakeholders to assist in development of business case for new workplace solutions
- Perform project management skills to deliver scope, cost, and schedule to achieve business objectives
- Facilitate discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to design business requirement that will form workplace design.
Employee Engagement and Experience
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and commitment among employees, and support culture transformation of the Company.
- Gather feedback to understand employee needs and concerns, and use this data to inform engagement strategies.
- Organize team-building activities and events to boost morale and promote the Company’s new culture.
- Facilitate open communication between management and staff through workshops, surveys, meetings and digital channels.
- Work with HR, Corporate Communications and other relevant parties to develop and implement various engagement and experience improvement programs.
- Monitor key metrics related to employee satisfaction and performance, and create action plans to address areas needing improvement.
- Ensure effective communication with employees about available resources and programs, and provide guidance to managers on increasing employee engagement.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in employee engagement and adopt relevant practices.
Office Renovation
- Generate conceptual solutions that respond to spatial requirements and needs
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and kept within approved limits.
- Select and manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work in accordance with project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure all renovation activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and occupants during the renovation process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Corporate Facilities or related field experience
- Less experience will also be considered for Senior Manager
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project planning, negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Successful track record of delivering workplace solutions.
- Experience in multiple site environment, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
