Job Highlights:
Work with the L&D team to design and drive the implementation of learning initiatives as well as supervising the learning management system.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and consolidate organizational learning needs to develop the annual training and development plan.
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives and workforce capability requirements.
- Develop and manage blended learning solutions, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning programmes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning platform.
- Support and facilitate talent development and leadership development programmes across different employee levels.
- Organize and coordinate internal seminars, workshops, and professional development events.
- Review and administer training sponsorship applications and monitor training effectiveness.
- Analyze learning data and metrics to assess programme effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to ensure quality learning solutions and successful programme delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of solid experience in Learning & Development, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing corporate learning strategies, programmes, and talent development initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing e-learning solutions.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive learning engagement and foster a continuous learning culture.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and learning technologies.
