Job Highlights:

This position will focus on designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting business operations, productivity, corporate security and compliance solutions leveraging Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure and software tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Be product owner and solution lead of Microsoft Cloud Solutions as well as 3rd level escalation of operational support in the subject matter expertise.
• Responsible for strategically designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite. This includes services such as Entra ID/SSO, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Intune MDM, Power platform, Purview, Copilot, and security and compliance components of all M365 products.
• As a product owner role, you’ll own the overall technical relationship and strategy between the IT and Microsoft. This involves leading architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, implementing projects, budgeting and procuring all necessary Microsoft products and software subscriptions, continuously refining and enhancing solutions & cost optimizations.
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses and self-study via various channels.
• Work with manager and other teams to develop and manage enterprise infrastructure architecture and solutions.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Relevant experience in a Microsoft 365 Architect role is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, is crucial.
• 5 years+ experience as an IT infrastructure support engineer and 5 years+ experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Cloud solutions architecture and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, is must have.
• Hands-on and familiar with Microsoft Hybrid infrastructure such as Cloud Sync, ADFS, etc.
• Hold a ITIL foundation.
• Hold Microsoft certifications on M365 or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to map technical solutions to business problems are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively on multiple priorities with firm delivery dates.
• Agility to learn and deliver results.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Can travel into Mainland on as needed basis.
