Officer, Procurement

Job Highlights: 

  • Support the Hong Kong Procurement team in executing end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in conducting tendering and request-for-quotation (RFQ) processes for goods and services across various business units.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements and prepare necessary documentation such as purchase requisitions and quotation summaries.
  • Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, including registration, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Support the preparation of procurement documents including price comparisons, quotation reports, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Assist in supplier communication and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Compile procurement data and reports to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Business, Accounting, Building, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, with exposure to property developers, property management or construction industry is preferred.
  • High degree of integrity and business ethics, with ability to work and negotiate with people at different levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
