Officer / Senior Officer, HR Shared Services

Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, contract administration, staff movements, and off boarding.
- Handle payroll, tax filings, and employee benefits administration.
- Support HRIS and time & attendance system enhancement and implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in HR systems.
- Follow up on work injury cases and ensure statutory compliance.
- Support internal/external HR audits and annual work licence inspections (Property Management portfolio).
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide professional HR support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR services’ quality and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as required.
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects and assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of solid experience in payroll and benefits administration in a sizable organisation.
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour regulations.
- Experience in time & attendance system implementation preferred; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or BIPO is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior HR Officer.
