Senior Officer, HR (Shared Services)

Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible   for   end-to-end   employee   life   cycle, from   pre-onboarding, contract management, staff movement to off-boarding processes.
  • Responsible for payroll administration, tax filing, employee benefits and work injury administration. 
  • Provide support in staff costs budgeting exercises. 
  • Participate in HRIS related implementation projects/enhancement initiatives. 
  • Maintain employee personal files & records in HR information systems.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.
  • Handle employees’ enquiries on HR operations.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance HR delivery service’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with and support internal & external stakeholders based on business needs.
  • Participate in other HR projects/assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • 4-5 years’ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration in sizable organization.
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Experience in the implementation of HRIS projects preferred. Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. 
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pro-active, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenge in a fast-paced and changing environment.
