Officer, Property Services (Handover)(24-month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• To facilitate sales operations and to assist with pre-management works of a newly developed residential project
• To be responsible for the handover process of a newly developed residential project
• To manage the whole handover process, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling and following up etc.
• To manage and supervise the team members in order to ensure their services properly provided
• To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building/ pre-management projects; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Property Services
• Sound experience in handling handover projects is a must
• Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
