負責範圍:住宅/商廈/商場

工作地點:港九新界(視乎求職者居住地點)

 

主要職責:

  • 負責服務櫃檯的相關事宜
  • 安排跟進大廈範圍內各類設施,紀錄清潔、保安及維修等事項
  • 處理日常客戶或住戶查詢及投訴,以及應對電話查詢
  • 維持客戶溝通,如遇未能解決事宜,需轉達上司跟進,並加以紀錄
  • 在交接更時,需清楚地轉告工作情況或特別事項予接更同事
  • 協助上司處理各類事務
  • 其他指派工作
  • 需輪班工作

 

入職要求:

學歷及專業資格:

  • 中五程度或以上
  • 須持有『保安人員許可證』及『基本保安培訓課程證書』

資歷:

  • 具備一年或以上相關客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮
  • 若具備三年或以上相關工作經驗可考慮聘請為高級客戶服務助理
  • 熟識物業管理運作為佳
  • 熟識電腦操作
  • 能操流利廣東話及英語、略懂普通話
  • 具備良好中英文書寫能力

以客為專、責任感強、工作主動及積極、擁有良好溝通技巧、能建立良好的人際關係
