Assistant Officer, Sales

Job Highlights:

The Assistant Officer, Sales will support the superior and work with the team to oversee the daily operation of the sales offices as assigned. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and liaise with real estate agencies to drive the sales activities in achieving business objectives.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales administration works and arrange sales documents for signing
  • Present and introduce the project development to visitors by various marketing tools, e.g. project models, show flats, AV presentation and sales collaterals
  • Answer enquiries and sales hotline, and to offer customer services
  • Coordinate with Property Servicing Team in maintaining the sales office, e.g. daily checking on cleaning, security and provisions
  • Carry out research for projects being launched for sales on the market
  • Other ad hoc assignments on marketing or agency works
     

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in any related discipline
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years' relevant work experience gained from sizable organization, with property developer experience is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • A good team player, service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, good organization skills and attentive to details
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant, Sales
