Job Highlights

The key role of the Manager, Culture & Engagement is to create a comprehensive and sustainable staff engagement strategy as well as to develop and drive staff engagement programs to build strong connection among employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive and sustainable staff engagement strategy
  • Develop and drive staff engagement programs including conducting staff focus groups and engagement surveys
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the staff engagement strategy
  • Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement
  • Lead the staff engagement team in the creation, coordination and delivery of innovative engagement initiatives and activities
  • Provide advice and handle employee relations matters, including but not limited to staff grievances, complaints and disciplinary management, or any concerns relating to employment with the aim to enhance and improve relationship with employees
  • Other projects assigned by the Senior Director, Human Resources

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in HRM, Psychology or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experiences in culture and engagement and employee relations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Extensive knowledge of employment related legislation in Hong Kong
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both external & internal parties including staff of all levels from various Departments, external organizations, charities, suppliers, service providers and community
  • Good problem-solving skill by using own expertise, experience & judgement to identify & solve problems under departmental policies, regulations & practices
  • Able to travel for business is required
