Job Highlights

The Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing will assist superiors in overseeing the Sales and Marketing Team in developing marketing strategies and sales plans for residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong. The role involves ensuring that the Marketing Team operates in compliance with legal requirements and achieves business objectives. The Manager will interact with various internal departments and external partners, including customers, advertising agencies, PR agencies, and real estate agencies, to negotiate deals and represent the company. This position plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets and promoting the company's brand image.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist superiors in overseeing the operations and practices of the Hong Kong Marketing Team to achieve business objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and produce marketing collaterals, sales documents, sales office, and sales brochure.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, as well as interact with internal departments and external partners to negotiate deals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the property market and prepare sales and budget reports.
  • Propose and provide advice to superiors on matters related to the sale of relevant properties.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines
  • 10 years of relevant working experience, with solid experience gained from leading property developers highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in promotional marketing for property development, particularly with local developers
  • Business acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, Sales & Marketing
