Assistant Officer, Technical Services (Handover)

Responsibilities:

 

  • To conduct quality assurance inspections of Builders Works or Building Services in New Development Projects and Existing Properties
  • To prepare inspection report
  • To liaise with the Project Team / Contractor to ensure the works could be completed on time with good quality standard
  • To handle Owners / Residents request when necessary
  • Overtime work or work on Public Holidays is required when necessary

 

Requirements:

 

  • Certificates or above in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction or building maintenance;
  • Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
