Deputy Manager, HR Shared Services

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end to end employee life cycle management and HR operations for frontline staff
  • Handle payroll administration, tax filing, pension administration, employee benefits, and work injury cases
  • Assist in annual staff cost budgeting and manpower cost analysis exercises
  • Participate in HR system enhancement initiatives and related projects
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee personal files and records in HR information systems
  • Support internal and external HR audits and prepare required documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support daily HR operations
  • Perform other ad hoc HR duties or projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in HR Shared Services and/or payroll and benefits administration, preferably within a sizable organization
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and other relevant Hong Kong employment regulations
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, BIPO) is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail minded, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenge in a fast-paced environment
