Job Highlights
- Collaborate with the Group Procurement team, supporting end-to-end procurement processes.
- Responsible for ensuring all procurement activities align with company policies, compliance standards, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead tendering and request-for-quotation processes for a broad range of goods and services across various business units.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the procurement cycle, including the preparation of purchase requisitions, tender/quotation specifications, evaluations, recommendations, and issuance of purchase orders.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Manage supplier relationships, including registration, record maintenance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation such as price comparisons, quotation reports, meeting minutes, tender board papers, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for key high value/volume contracts and tenders within assigned remit.
- Compile and analyze procurement data to support management decision-making.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Business, Accounting, Building, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, with exposure to property developers, property management or construction industry is preferred
- Sound knowledge of international and China supply chain is required
- High degree of integrity and business ethics, with ability to work and negotiate with people at different levels
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, have a sense of urgency, able to work under pressure and independently
- Proficient in MS office and ERP system or related applications is required
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
