Human Resources Specialist (6-month Contract)

Responsibilities

• Support the team to provide administrative support for HR system implementation project including but not limited to employees data cleansing, data mapping/conversion, maintenance of project schedule and coordination, UAT and parallel run
• Assist in preparing the HR operation manuals
• Support team administration, ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder in HRM or relevant business disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ human resources experience with knowledge and solid exposure in HR system implementation project
• Hands on experience in using SuccessFactors and other HR systems will be an advantage
• Well-organized with good communication and project management skill
• Good data analytical and management skills
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications and HRIS
• Immediate available is highly preferable
