Job Highlights:

Plans, prepares and manages the architectural designs and activities for the projects in Hong Kong and PRC. Assists superiors to review the architectural designs prepared by consultants to ensure design excellence, good detailing & workmanship that meet the company’s standard. Assist superior to propose architectural standards for projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, prepares and manages the architectural designs and activities for the projects as assigned.
• Assist superior to review architectural designs prepared by consultants.
• Assist superior to propose architectural standards for projects.
• Provides architectural advice for internal departments: marketing, planning & development, project team and operators etc.
• Attends meetings related to architectural design and project management.
• Conducts site visits to review architectural design and related site works.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines; Registered Architect is required (Hong Kong registered architect will be an advantage).
• Minimum 10 to 12 years’ relevant working experience from architectural firm and/ or property developer.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Sound knowledge and skills in architectural design and solutions.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of market environment, competitors, legal requirements, building laws/ regulations, architectural technologies and practices.
• Seasoned experience in Hong Kong residential development projects, particularly from mid to ultra-luxury tier positioning is a must. Experience of large-scale mixed-use development with office, retail, hotel etc. is also preferred.
• Expertise in identifying and solving complex problems in architectural aspects.
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and positive working attitude.
• Responsible, good organization skills and attention to details.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, photoshop, MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Knowledge on 3D max, sketchup & BIM is an advantage.
