Job Highlights:
The Manager, Sustainability will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Kerry Properties' Sustainability strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sustainability & Communications, this position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about driving sustainability performance and making an impact on our business through effective ESG initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Company's Sustainable Development Strategy
- Oversee the preparation and publication of the ESG & Sustainability Reports (GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.), ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards and regulations.
- Ensure ESG data collection in line with various standards and perform regular analysis of ESG data
- Monitor and develop improvement plans to maintain/improve various ESG ratings (GRESB, CDP, MSCI, FTSE4Good, S&P CSA, etc.)
- Work closely with the teams to design and implement impactful initiatives aligned with the Company’s strategic priorities
- Conduct research on emerging trends in sustainability to inform strategy development
- Explore collaboration opportunities with academic institution, NGOs or other relevant organisations to develop partnerships
- Engage key stakeholders and solicit their input to enhance the Company’s sustainability performance
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science or other relevant disciplines
- Preferably have 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sustainability / ESG / CSR in sizeable companies with solid experience in people management and Sustainability
- Solid experience in sustainability reporting, ESG rating submission, and stakeholder engagement are preferred
- Knowledgeable in relevant listing rules, reporting standards, and ESG regulations
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning and execution skills, be assertive with good project management and time management capability
- Be able to work under high pressure and tight timeline
- Good team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Professional related qualification is desirable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
