Officer, Culture & Engagement

Job Highlights:

The Culture and Engagement (C&E) team is to create and foster a motivated, productive and engaged working environment with building strong connection among employees through a comprehensive and sustainable staff engagement strategy as well as staff engagement programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, organize, and coordinate various culture and engagement programs including but not limited to engagement surveys, focus groups, recreational and sport activities, wellness programs, EMS, CSR and volunteering events;
  • Handle the administration and record of C&E initiatives;
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, such as service awards and retirement celebrations;
  • Engage in organizing and coordinating corporate events;
  • Prepare promotional materials for different communication channels;
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with 2-3 years relevant experiences in culture and engagement and employee relations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Ability to work with applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator or other photo and video editing tools is a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proven ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse work environment and to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-minded, independent, and being a proactive team player
