Officer, Talent Acquisition (Contract Role)

Job Highlight

You'll be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment which includes but not limited to searching, attracting, screening, interviewing and hiring suitable talent by using creative sourcing methods. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best suitable talent and representing KPL as employer of choice in the marketplace.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to analyze job requirements and provide market insight as a truly talent acquisition advisor to the business to source and identify the right candidate for the right position
  • Managing recruiting materials and job posting through various recruiting channels
  • Conducting proactive search for qualified candidates by using social media, job board database, referrals etc.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews for hiring managers
  • Effectively communicating the job duties and requirements to the candidates with high transparency and consistency at all stages
  • Promoting Company brand, acting as a brand ambassador for KPL and helping the business to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Building networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Be technological savvy, utilize internet, social media and new ways of working to source candidates
  • Providing analytically and well documented recruiting reports and continuously thrive for process excellence
  • Building long-term successful relationship with Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Providing support on corporate and ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Possesses minimum of 3 years relevant experience handling end-to-end recruitment, preferably experience in front-of-house Property Management / mass recruitment, be a field specialist in talent acquisition and staying on top of the profession, keep up market trend and talent landscape
  • Be a KPL's ambassador at all stages of a recruitment process by presenting a professional brand that reflects the quality and values expected of a KPL's employee
  • Result driven when working under pressure and tight schedules
  • Develops viable solutions through working creatively and thinking out of the box in order to fulfill the hiring needs
  • Negotiates effectively with internal stakeholders or candidates, ensure best outcomes that are good for all parties
  • Technologically savvy - continuously keep up new recruitment technology to streamline workflows and improve process excellence
  • Personally accountable and be open-minded for feedback
  • Mature, independent and able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese
