Senior Analyst, HR (People Analytics)

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, HR (HR Systems & People Data Governance) plays a key role in supporting HR digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent will manage HR system configuration, ensure high-quality HR data through strong governance processes, and contribute to people analytics readiness. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders to optimize HR system performance, drive data accuracy, and strengthen HR decision‑making through reliable data foundations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR System Management & Enhancement
    • Support end‑to‑end HR system lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
    • Perform system configuration across modules (e.g., SuccessFactors, Platinum, BIPO, HROne) based on business needs.
    • Partner with IT and vendors to resolve system issues, manage upgrades, and ensure system stability.
  • Data Governance & Data Integrity
    • Develop and execute HR data governance framework, policies, and data quality standards.
    • Implement mechanisms and automated rules to sense‑check, validate, and monitor data quality across HR systems.
    • Conduct regular data audits and coordinate data cleansing initiatives with HR teams.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR platforms.
  • People Analytics Enablement
    • Prepare, structure, and validate HR data to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
    • Support development of dashboards and insights using Excel, BI tools, or Tableau.
  • Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Participate in HR system implementation or enhancement projects, including documentation, UAT planning, and change management.
    • Collaborate with HR business partners, C&B, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure system and data processes align with business priorities.
    • Provide training and support to HR users on system processes and data standards.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience gained from sizable multinational organizations;
  • Solid experience in HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Platinum, BIPO and HROne;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, BI tools, Tableau);
  • Possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
