Job Highlights:
Responsible to manage business analysis to identify and evaluate land acquisition and investment opportunities, supporting portfolio expansion and long-term growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support the formulation of business plans for acquiring development sites and investment properties.
- Perform market research, develop financial models, and produce feasibility studies and investment proposals to guide management decisions.
- Manage negotiations with key stakeholders, including government authorities, property agents, and consultants to successfully secure and close business opportunities.
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics to drive decision-making.
- Lead property valuation and rating matters.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing development team.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Possess MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS (Valuation); CFA is an advantage
- Have at least 12 years of proven experience in property development and land matters
- Experience gained from sizable property developers or real estate consultancies is preferred
- Demonstrate strong financial capability with hands-on experience in cash flow modelling
- Excellent written English and interpersonal skills
