Senior Manager, HR (Total Rewards & Mobility)

Job Highlights:

You will assist Director, HR (Total Rewards & Mobility) in development, implementation, and management of total rewards and mobility programmes.  This role ensures that the company’s remuneration packages are competitive with the industry standards and align with the organization’s goals. You will work closely with Director, HR (Total Rewards & Mobility), HR teams, finance teams, and senior management to create reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring budget adherence and regulatory compliance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and evaluating compensation and benefits programmes for the company, recommending and implementing new and improved compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures;
  • Reviewing and administering annual compensation review process;
  • Conducting regular market surveys and analyzing compensation and benefits policies in relation to similar roles in other organizations;
  • Managing staff recognition programme and ad hoc rewards projects;
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable local legislations and regulations concerning compensation and benefits;
  • Providing professional advice on employees’ compensation and benefits matters, develop communication material in the area of rewards tools, programmes and processes to HR colleagues;
  • Negotiating with vendors and administrators for best plans, options and rates for staff benefits insurance plans and health care programmes;
  • Implementing job evaluation system;
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest compensation and benefits trends and legislation to ensure company’s competitive positioning; and
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business with major in Human Resources, or related discipline or comparable degree
  • Minimum 10 years on compensation and benefits experience with 3-4 years of compensation design experience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience with benchmarking tools
  • Experience with Hay job evaluation method
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command in both English & Chinese communication skills, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
