Senior Manager, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

Job Highlights:

Kerry Properties is seeking an experienced and result driven talent in developing and leading the talent acquisition strategy to meet the manpower requirements of the Company.  This role will lead a team of 6 talent acquisition specialists in developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professional to ensure the end to end recruitment process is smooth, effective and efficient
  • Provide advice to supervisor and hiring managers on effective recruitment strategy and plan to identify the right candidate for the business
  • Identify effective sourcing channels and methods for both professional and frontline staff hiring
  • Work closely with HRBP to understand the business requirements, provide up-to-date talent market information, salary and industry trend for developing strategies that attract talent
  • Identify candidate pools proactively to cater future business need
  • Establish recruitment dashboard to obtain meaningful insights to facilitate decision making
  • Manage and prepare annual recruitment budget, keep track of the spending and such spending is effective
  • Manage external recruitment agencies that provide retainer or contingency search services to the Company, from contract negotiation to contract management
  • Review and implement effective end-to-end recruitment process that achieve a seamless candidate experience
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure covering both professional (including senior executive) and frontline hiring; have experience gained from relevant industry is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good at building rapport with internal and external stakeholders and keen to explore new opportunities that support talent acquisition initiatives
  • Good analytical skills and be able to connect dots within organsiation, business direction, data and reporting to derive practical solutions to issues and challenges
  • Be resourceful and equipped with good leadership skill to motivate the team
  • Have proven track record to deal with fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
