Senior Officer, Communications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies to strengthen the KPL Group’s brand image and support overall business objectives.
• Draft and produce a wide range of corporate communications materials, including but not limited to editorials, press releases, speeches, and various marketing materials in alignment with corporate standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on communications initiatives, CSR programs, editorial projects, event management and brand activities.
• Plan and organise corporate events, including press conferences, shareholder meetings, and other high‑profile engagements.
• Maintain key communication channels and ensure content is regularly updated and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct research to support communications planning and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and deliverables of the Department’s service providers to ensure quality and efficiency. 
• Provide administrative and filing support to ensure smooth documentation and record management within the Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Translation, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in corporate communications, or public relations.
• Prior experience in corporate communications within a listed company is highly preferred.
• Strong bilingual writing ability with demonstrated skill in producing clear, engaging, and well‑structured content in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Hands‑on experience in AI tools and digital marketing is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative team player who can also work independently with strong ownership and initiative
