Senior Officer, Group Procurement

Job Highlights:

The Senior Officer, Group Procurement supports group-level procurement operations, strategic sourcing initiatives, and procurement system related activities across the Group. This role provides operational and analytical support to the Group Procurement team, and works closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Group procurement policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:                           

  • Support strategic sourcing and supplier management activities across assigned group purchase categories.
  • Coordinate cross-company sourcing exercises, liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Assist in supplier prequalification processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date supplier databases.
  • Provide implementation and operational support for procurement system initiatives and resolve day-to-day user inquiries.
  • Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and presentation materials for management review.
  • Support procurement training and provide basic guidance to system users.
  • Contribute to template development, standardization, and documentation updates.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in property or real estate industry.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement operations, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Exposure to ERP or procurement systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
