工作地點：不同地區可供選擇

主要職責：

• 負責大廈水電維修保養工作
• 負責消防系統及一般冷氣設備維修保養工作
• 其他指派工作

入職要求：

學歷及專業資格：

• 中三程度或以上
• 須持有『平安咭』及『註冊電工牌照 』

資歷：

• 具備五年或以上相關大廈維修工作經驗優先考慮
• 熟識物業管理運作為佳
• 能操流利廣東話、略懂普通話
• 具備一般中文書寫能力，能閱讀一般英文更佳

個人特質：

以客為專、責任感強、細心、工作主動、積極、有耐性
