Leasing Assistant (Office) (Greater Bay Youth Employment Scheme)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the Grade A office market, including supply and demand, rental trends, tenant mix, and vacancy rates
- Monitor and analyse competing Grade A office buildings and their positioning
- Prepare market intelligence reports and data summaries to support leasing strategy and decision-making
- Support leasing workflow streamlining and automation, including documentation and tenancy administration
- Assist in exploring data analytics and AI-powered tools in leasing operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- Interest or exposure to commercial real estate, office leasing, or property market research
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, open to innovation and technology adoption
