Job Highlights:

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the job holder will be responsible for providing all-rounded end-to-end HR support from talent acquisition, onboarding to offboarding.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support throughout employee life cycle, support HR operation, a good employee experience is delivered
  • Participate in recruitment activities from job posting to offer extension as well as onboarding arrangement; support organizing mass recruitment events such as recruitment day
  • Support supervisor in maintaining various types of report such recruitment and headcount report, staff movement record and turnover report
  • Handle employee’s enquiries and help ensuring the business complies with relevant HR policies and guidelines as well as relevant employment related regulations
  • Act as a subject matter expert in providing guidance to staff related to HR systems (such as SuccessFactors) that support talent acquisition, leave application, performance management, team management, attendance and learning activities on 
  • Help supervisor in keeping abreast of labour market situation and the best practices, identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance HR delivery service’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act promptly to report and keep track of work injury cases and staff disciplinary issues, support supervisor to handle the cases in a discrete and professional manner
  • Maintain regular update of organization chart
  • Participate in other HR projects/assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience gained from sizable organization, relevant experience gained from property developer would be an advantage
  • Have solid experience in handling mass recruitment volume and provide HR advisory to sizable workforce with a mix of front-of-house and professional staff
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in Hong Kong
  • Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word processing, knowledge of using data analytical software such as PowerBI or Tablebu or Excel Analytic is a plus
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be proactive, willing to go extra miles and take up challenge in a fast-pacing and changing environment
  • Responsible, good analytical and organization skills and attentive to details
  • Adaptive to change and be a change agent to drive changes that support organization development
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
